latest innovations

cloud developments that give our customers the advantage

The very nature of our business is cutting edge and at that edge we are constantly pushing our work to new places.

At Onclouds we have a culture of innovation and invention so that at every level of our team a good idea can be aired and developed to drive our products and services.

  • February 2012: Easy data imports
Setting up your new cloud could not be easier. If you are worried about how to get all of your customer records out of one database and into another then Onclouds have just made half the job so easy. With our robust customisable import tools getting long lists of clients, suppliers and products synced into your new database is now just a matter of clicks. We can even help you get the data from your old system out.

  • December 2011: Payments into your cloud
How nice, you're even taking money when you're closed. With our e-commerce tools linked to most payment gateways it's not rocket science to see where you can increase your revenues. Your customers are online creating their tickets or booking their things with you and Hey Presto, they can just pay for it right there too!

  • October 2011: Orders direct to warehouse
Our new web-based features enable retail outlets to place their orders for distribution directly into the warehouse. So orders are processed, picked and packed without the need of administrators and sales teams. Quick turnaround, reduced labour costs and the opportunity for customers to place orders round the clock when the wholesaler business is normally closed.

  • August 2011: System tracking
All users of our online systems are identified by IP address, cookies and of course their login details. So all of the administrator users of our client 'clouds' can now see which of their team and customers are accessing individual pages and editing data etc. Great visibility, easy to use management overviews.

  • June 2011: Visitor tracking
Monitor visitor traffic to every one of your web pages, identifying your visitors by IP address and cookies. When visitors are registered in your database you can see the path they take through your site and even the pages they were on before they arrived. This helps build up a greater profile of their likes and dislikes and gives your sales people more insight into customer preferences.

Run reports to analyse what they are most interested in and how frequently they return to your pages. You can even create email notifications to your sales people or account handlers when one of their contacts is online.

  • May 2011: Using maps as dynamic content in web pages
Place clients, offices, service centres on maps that can be customised in detail using your CRM cloud. These maps are dynamically displayed in your live web pages with great interactive qualities.

  • April 2011: Controlling advertising and banner rotations on your site
Database controlled advertising displays that feed and rotate the adverts on your web pages and show impression, click-thru statistics so you can pass on automated billing to your advertisers.

  • March 2011: Multiple payment handling
Speed up the payment handling with or new multi-payment feature allowing you to add unlimited receipts on a single screen for multiple customers and update statements and the invoice status with a single click saving you oodles of time.

  • January 2011: Marketing tracking
With our new tracking feature you can now see precisely which advertising and marketing streams are delivering the best returns on your investment. Customers added to your database through web page forms can be seen to come from unique sources. When statistics are fetched from your online campaigns on Google etc you can quickly see which advert or marketing activity (on or offline) is delivering the best results.
