First stage in development is the assessment of needs and a study of your current working processes. It takes a few consultations and documents prepared to agree the architecture and outcomes. We produce 'wireframes' and once these are signed off development starts.

Second stage is writing the code and reviewing this together. Test versions are put online so everyone can run through the cloud. Amendments to the original specification may be required. Development continues until the work is ready for extensive user testing. After full testing and tweaking your cloud is deployed.

Bespoke clouds for small organisations start from around £5,000. Payments are made in two or three stages alongside the development cycle.

As the demands on your organisation change over time your processes may need to adapt. We'll work with you in evolving your cloud to suit your new challenges.

The complexity of solutions can vary greatly, realistic development times can be between 6 and 18 months.   small developments For ongoing 'tweaking' work is scheduled with our developers on a first come first served basis. The 'rule of thumb' for the turnaround of work is that we book it in and start within two weeks and it's ready for use within a month.
